As Lead Designer and Project Manager in Arquitectonica’s Los Angeles Office, we worked extremely closely with The Irvine Company to not only envision the most contemporary asset in their residential portfolio but design within a difficult site context. We navigated rigorous concerns from the community, city, and Apple all while providing design excellence and thorough understanding of the building infrastructure. This 950 unit masterpiece provides varied views, extensive trails and amenity deck opportunities, comprehensive servicing and circulation at impressive density.

Working again with The Irvine Company, we designed a 50 acre 1 Billion dollar one-of-a-kind office part experience in the California bar area. As Lead Designer and Project Manager in Arquitectonica’s Los Angeles Office, I worked closely with our client to establish a look and feel that represented their brand and worked with the local requirements. With over 20 buildings planned through 5 phases of development I lead several special design studies to elevate design and optimize servicing of the office and amentiy buildings.
